1. Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At Zivara, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure premium quality and authenticity.
However, we understand that you may wish to return or exchange an item under certain circumstances.
2. Return and Refund Period
You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received;

It must be in its original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase;

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, except in cases of confirmed defect.
3. Return Process

You will receive detailed instructions to ship the product back to our logistics centre in London.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt).
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a tracked service, as Zivara is not responsible for lost parcels during the return process.
7. Non-Refundable Items
