7. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or missed delivery, it can be resent upon payment of new shipping fees.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, at no extra cost.
